- Provider, Scope, Contract Language
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to purchases of the digital product “The Good Life Your are Worthy Of” (the “Guided Journal”) by consumers (B2C) via Coaches Console or via delivery by email.
1.2 Contract language is English. German translations are for convenience only; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
1.3 Conflicting or deviating customer terms do not apply.
- Product Description, Content, Compatibility
2.1 Product: “The Good Life You Are Worthy Of” – Digital Guided Journal; 50 pages; includes 3 digital Worthiness Cards; language: English; file format: PDF.
2.2 Nature and purpose: personal development and reflection; not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or legal advice; use at own responsibility.
2.3 Compatibility: current PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview), internet and email access; device-specific variations may occur. Printing for private use is permitted (see Section 6).
2.4 No additional materials are included. The Advent Calendar is separate and free; separate sign-up required.
- Contract Formation, Delivery, Access
3.1 The contract is concluded when the customer submits the order and it is accepted by the Provider (including via Coaches Console).
3.2 Delivery: Immediately after purchase, the customer receives a download link by email. If automated delivery fails, manual delivery will be provided upon request.
3.3 Access window: The download link is valid for 3 months from purchase. Up to 3 download attempts are available during this period. Files already downloaded remain with the customer under the license in Section 6.
3.4 No account requirement: No user account is required. Access is provided solely via the email download link.
3.5 Service outage fallback: If Coaches Console is temporarily unavailable, the Provider will supply an alternative download link by email promptly (no later than within 24 hours after notification).
- Prices, Taxes, Payment, Invoice
4.1 Price: EUR 9.00 per Journal.
VAT treatment: Pursuant to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.
4.2 Payment method: Credit card via Stripe. Payment is due immediately.
4.3 An invoice/receipt is provided by email.
- Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content; Refunds
5.1 Withdrawal waiver for immediate download:
The customer expressly agrees that performance of the contract (provision of the download) begins before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins.
5.2 Goodwill policy:
No refunds after download has begun. Before download starts, cancellation may be granted within 7 days as a gesture of goodwill.
5.3 Technical issues:
For download problems, contact support (at) monikaskyland.com
Support requests are generally answered within 24 hours. The Provider may issue a new link and assist with access.
- License, Use Rights, Copyright
6.1 The Journal is protected by copyright. With purchase, the customer obtains a simple (non-exclusive), personal, time-unlimited, non-transferable license for private use only.
6.2 Permitted uses:
• Saving and reading on the customer’s devices
• Printing for private use in reasonable quantities
6.3 Not permitted:
• Sharing, resale, rental, lending, sublicensing, or transfer to third parties
• Uploading or publishing online, including in private groups, memberships, or shared folders
• Use in professional or commercial client work, coaching, courses, programs, memberships, or similar
6.4 Social media:
Sharing any pages, excerpts, screenshots, or content of the Journal on social media is not permitted. Quotations are allowed only within statutory limits and must include the credit: “© Monika Skyland”.
6.5 Private use only: Any use in 1:1 client work or groups by coaches/consultants requires a separate written license.
6.6 Copyright notice: © 2025 Monika Skyland. All rights reserved. The copyright notice must not be removed.
- Health/Coaching Disclaimer; No Guarantees
7.1 The Journal supports reflection and personal development. It is not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or legal advice and does not replace therapy. Use at your own responsibility; seek professional assistance for mental or health concerns.
7.2 No guarantees: The Provider makes no promises regarding results. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances.
- Warranty, Updates, Quality, Liability
8.1 Statutory conformity: Austrian consumer protection rules for digital content apply. The Journal is provided as described. Minor stylistic or layout variations do not constitute defects.
8.2 Updates: No content updates are planned. Legally required updates to maintain conformity, if applicable, will be provided during the access window.
8.3 Quality/compatibility: Color variations, display differences, or printer differences do not constitute defects if readability and intended use are not impaired.
8.4 Liability:
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, particularly regarding injury to life, body, or health and product liability under the Austrian Product Liability Act.
Beyond that, the Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability applies only for breach of essential contractual duties and is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Liability for lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory consumer protections under the KSchG remain unaffected.
- Minimum Age
Purchases are permitted from age 16. Persons under 16 require parental consent.
- Data Protection, Communication, Marketing
10.1 The privacy policy at www.activateyourspiritualintelligence.com/privacy-policy
applies.
10.2 Coaches Console is used for order processing, delivery, and email communication. Its terms and privacy notices also apply.
10.3 Marketing emails/newsletter:
Customers may receive emails about similar products/services with consent or where legally permitted (soft opt-in). Unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
- Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Online Dispute Resolution
11.1 Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s habitual residence remain unaffected.
11.2 Jurisdiction: Subject to mandatory consumer venues, the place of jurisdiction is Linz, Austria. Consumers retain statutory venues.
11.3 Online dispute resolution (ODR):

The Provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
- Changes to T&Cs and Prices
12.1 The Provider may amend these T&Cs with effect for future purchases. For completed contracts, the version valid at purchase applies.
12.2 Price changes apply only to future purchases and are displayed prior to contract conclusion.
- Final Provisions
13.1 If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective; statutory law replaces the invalid provision.
13.2 Rights under the contract may not be assigned without the Provider’s consent.
